Sewing Circles

Sewing Circles draws on world wide traditions that gather people around an activity to share labor and create space for conversation. The half day workshops designed to instigate connection and emergent creativity among diverse groups.  Reclaimed fabric is used to iteratively design and produce seating pads. The process creates time for connections to form and the outcome produces open space for collecting and  conversation.
